Filled with Sass

Unless Mary Jane was somehow listening in on the conversation, she doesn't see. She does seem to have a nearly supernatural talent when it comes to Jameson offering Peter more money over the phone, but still. It's also possible that Jameson just talks really, really loud which is also believable. Also, if Peter is really that interested in doling out justice and getting paid for it, he should become a bounty hunter.

TIL: Mary Jane is awfully sassy today.

One man, leaving his superhero costume under wraps, searching for another man in a city of 10,000,000 would seem to be a hopeless task.

Of course, in the New York City of Spider-Man, the total population is about 20, so it should take Peter about two minutes to spot Fakey-Spidey.

How many strips do you think he'll spend angsting about whether to stop fakey spidey, or let the Keystone Kops have their shot so he can get the photos?

I especially like how Peter starts his private conversation with MJ before he actually hangs up the phone with Jameson. Hopefully Triple-J overhears some juicy Spider-Man gossip.
