Jameson wants pictures of the empty television set, obviously. Either that, or he's going to send Peter to take pictures of Spider-Man's appearance on the Maria Lopez show, only for not-so-wacky shenanigans to ensue. Mary Jane is looking sick in panel two, as well.

Peter probably ruined his chance to get some with that deft move toward the phone.
Also, seriously, a whole show with no guest? Lopez is out of a job, without question.
"Stay tuned tomorrow, when I'll be sitting here counting down the minutes till the end of the show while waiting for a guest that hasn't agreed to be on it! Again! I'm Maria Lopez, and this has been a pathetic waste of time!"
In panel two, MJ's amazing bosom alarm goes off at the first hint of trouble!
