Unless he snags a passing Goodyear blimp, I'll bet he makes a parachute! Out of what's basically a net, so it wouldn't work, but I've seen Spidey do it before.
He could just make a web chute but then we wouldn't have gotten that snark in the last panel. Oh that Stan.
