Okay, for some reason I found the middle panel here really funny. It still doesn't really mean Mary Jane was right to quit her play, because actors should be able to get used to things like this. If an actor quit a show every time they got heckled, the world would have no more actors in it, after all. Mary Jane is obviously not cut out for this, as she looks as if she's dead inside in the third panel.Heh heh... that second panel.

I wonder where this is going. I don't expect MJ to give up on her dream for good - my guess is she'll probably whine about it a bit, decide to pay the bills by getting a job as a waitress for a catering firm specialising in swanky rooftop parties, get captured by the vulture, chew peter out for coming to rescue her after she beat him on her own, then go back to acting for some reason....
haha, she should have jumped down in the audience and punched that dude in the ding ding...and then said "That Super enough for ya???"

At least people have seen her movie, right? It isn't like she starred in Aztec Rex.
I like it how her costume is her every-day set of clothes.
"Hey Marvella, why don'tcha do something SUPER?"
That's awesome. I feel she should have retaliated by yelling back, "Yeah? Well the JERK store called, they're running outta YOU!"
I think it's more accurate to say she looks like a dead drag queen in the 3rd panel. "It puts the lotion in the basket." Yuck.
I thought MJ had a bigger set than that. I'm disappointed.
