Clingy

Watch as Mary Jane clings to her husband, refusing to let him go for even a moment. She has the power to cling to those who cling to walls.

That sounded funnier in my head.

And what exactly does MJ think she's going to do if Petey has a relapse while battling the Vulture? Fly up into the sky and rescue him? Break his fall, perhaps? Call a timeout?

C'mon, she's been married to a superhero for how many decades? By now, she maybe should be used to him engaging in mortal combat, committing cats of incredible bravery and skill, and generally risking his life. Now that he's got a sniffle, she has to go out and "protect"him? Pshaw. This is just another bit of nonsensical fluff in a storyline that died several weeks ago.

Er, I think I meant to say "acts of incredible bravery," not "cats."

The dangers of posting in the middle of the night.

I almost think that MJ's going to end up in peril or something.

I'm a little surprised, actually. I thought we were going to get some turnaround, and go through a week in the apartment of MJ saying "but I want to go with you to fight the Vulture!" while Peter tells her to stay put. Instead, my God, we've left the building. When was the last time we saw MJ or Peter (as opposed to Spidey) outdoors?

Married to Spidey how many decades lol you have to apply retroactive continuity otherwise they'd both be60 years old.

I would say they've only been married something like 5-10 years. In old Stan Lee stories (ASM 1-50, AKA the Spider-Man Bible) Spider-Man is hella weak when he's sick.
Ditto for the Volture story they are rehashing for this LOL! So he does need her. There's a story where he even lost his powers when he was sick.

She should go all out and dawn the Marvella outfit though ha ha! :P

Why is he going to the Bugle? I thought they were meeting in midtown and then Peter wasn't going because of the flu.

With hands larger than his head, I'm more surprised that he couldn't climb walls before he got bit by a radioactive spider.

JVWalt- I actually like the thought of committing cats of incredible bravery.

Compare Tuesday's panels with Monday's. Does Peter Parker HAVE to wear the Spider gloves when putting on the full costume? Are they sown on to the costume? Or does he have human hand-looking gloves he wears over his suit?

I've never actually thought of the suit having any openings apart from the neck. I've wondered how the eyes work, though.

One-way mirrors, or something.
