Simon Krandis: Faithless

It's sad when your hired muscle is showing more intelligence than you are. It's also sad when you don't have any faith at all in your exploding car.

How? HOW did this moron get his degree in villainy?

He built up his GPA with dramatic flaws electives. Here you see him setting himself up for a conclusion at his own peril since the plot has been dragging on too long. Next, he may monologue his evil plan to Spider man before leaving him in an easily escapable death trap

Villainy nothing. How did this moron manage to build up a vast, influential business empire????

Oh yeah, Donald Trump.

How does any weird super villain get the trillion dollars that they need to spend money on indentured servants and big cars and helicopters and suits and any other thing they buy?

I remember some sort of crazy retcon in Marvel Knights: Spider-Man (or somewhere) explaining that all the super-villains were funded by some group of peeps or whatever, although I thought the notion was absurd due to the fact that many super-villains have to rob places to fund something or other.

That, or pay off the Tinkerer.

'Course, this was written when I wasn't getting Spidey due to misc. problems, so someone who read it will have to elaborate more on it.

What happened was that a bunch of corrupt men in power realized that, if superheroes had no super-villains to fight, then they (the businessmen) would become targets. So they would occasionally secretly finance experiments to create villains. Then the villains would be let loose into society to rob banks and whatnot.

Oh! Financing super-villain creation makes a lot more sense to me.

Thanks for clarifying that for me, Mike. :)
